Please send us your inquiry by E-mail, our sales person will reply you very soon. We need to know the following information before order placing.
1) Production information: Quantity, Specification (size, material, color, logo and packing requirement), Artwork or Sample will be the best for us to develop for you.
2) Lead time required.
3)Shipping information: Company name, Address, Phone number, Destination seaport/airport, nominated forwarder contacts.
4)Payment Terms:
1. T/T, L/C, Westunion, Paypal, etc.
2. Normally 30% deposit in advance, 70% paid before shipment

GOODLOOG CERTIFICATE:
1. Most of our machines are available in stock with CE and RoHS certificate as well as IEC, EMC and LVD test report.
2. Coating inspection report for waffle maker.
3. We can provide IEC test report to the customers from Saudi Arabia, and help you to get the Shipment Certificate from Saber.
Packing&Delivery:
1. Standard Packing: Each machine packed with foam inside, packed with carton outside.
2. Wooden case packaging can be provided if necessary.

Q: What are your factory main products?

Q: Can the logo or company name be on the products or package?
Sure.
Your logo or company name can be on your products by stamping, printing, embossing, die casting, coating or sticker. For package, Logo can be printed, tagged, labeled or sticker.
Q: How long and how to get a sample from you?
1) We can make as per your request, please provide us artwork in PDF to follow, you only need to pay for the transportation freight and the products sample cost, but once bulk order placed, we will refund you the sample cost.
2) Sample lead time: about 15 days
3) Sample payment: we accept sample payment sent by West Union, Paypal, T/T.
Q: What is the whole process of doing business with you?
1) Please provide details of the products you need so we can quote for you.
2) If the price is acceptable, we will make PP sample for your approval.
3) If the sample approved and required bulk production, we will provide the Proforma Invoice as order confirmation, then deposit payment will be required.
4) During the whole production process, we will send you photos of all goods, packing, loading details, so you can keep an eye on your products.
5) We will send you B/L copy once goods shipped and Original Documents will be provided right after balance paid.
6) Please contact us if you have any problems after you received goods, and we will fix it for you at our first priority
