Q1: What are your factory's main products ?

Q2: Can I have a sample?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.In general, itwould take 7-15 workdays to make the sample.
Q3: What about the MOQ?
A: We accept any quantity sample order and mini order to better support customers at the beginning of our
cooperation.
Q4: How long can I get the machine ?
A: It depends on the quantity of your order. If small order, it could be delivered within 3-5 workdays. If bulk order, it would be delivered within 15-20 workdays.
Q5: Can I put my logo on the machine?
A: Yes, we can make the machine with your logo. There are two ways to do it: Stick the special paper with your logo on themachine;Carving your logo on the machine Pls contact us for more details if you like to put the logo on the machine.
Q6: How to make the order?
(1)Order small quantity , we can arrange for you in 2-3 working days if the product is in stock.
(2)Order large quantity, we support to make the sample first.
(3)Customize product, pls send the the sample or draft to us first.
Q7: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shippment.
